SHIPPING INFO
The Crawfish Town USA® Gift Shop offers UPS delivery from Breaux
Bridge,
Louisiana to the Contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
We strongly recommend you send your package to a business address to
insure delivery. Sending your package to a commercial address will also
guarantee a speedy arrival.
We require that someone be at his or her home or office to receive and
sign for shipment.
If someone is not there to receive the package causing it to not be
delivered on time, we will not refund the cost of the product or the
shipping charge.
Sorry, No C.O.D. orders accepted.
We ship Monday thru Thursday only. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or
Sunday will be shipped on Monday. No Saturday or
Sunday deliveries allowed. All orders placed after 12:00 P.M. Central
Standard time will be shipped the following shipping day.
All perishable packages are shipped using Overnight service unless
otherwise indicated.
All perishable products are shipped Frozen and packed in a special
insulated box to ensure the freshness upon their arrival.

SHIPPING RATES
Our shopping cart will calculate shipping charges for you. If
you are ordering Perishable items you must use overnight shipping.
There is a $5.00 handling fee for all orders in the Contiguous
United States.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii incur a $15.00 handling fee.
PERISHABLE FOODS
When ordering fresh foods, your total perishable order must be
a minimum of 10 pounds (any combination of fresh foods). We use plenty
of ice and a insulated box - a packaging combination that will insure
your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition.
We encourage perishable orders to be delivered to a business or commercial
address. Crawfish Town USA is not responsible or liable for deliveries
where the customer is not available to receive the order. All perishable
orders are final. If someone is not there to receive the package causing
it to not be delivered on time, we will not refund the cost of the
product or the shipping charge.
NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS
There is no minimum weight amount required for non-perishable items. The
website uses a "Live Rate" shipping calculator to calculate shipping based upon
the respective carriers (UPS) actual rates.
There is a $5.00 handling fee for all orders in the Contiguous
United States.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii incur a $15.00 handling fee.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION
After you shop and checkout, you will receive an email
notification stating that your order is "Being Processed". We will then
proceed to pick and pack your order for shipment.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification
stating that your order is "Shipped". Be ready for your order to arrive
within the time frame of the shipping service level you choose.
You can check the status of your order at any time by checking the
Order Status Page
and entering your OrderID and Order Password.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All "Shipped" email notifications include a clickable carrier

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, our shopping cart does not accept International
orders. We ship to the Contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii Only.
BACK-ORDERS
Sometimes Crawfish Town USA® Gift Shop Items are on Backorder,
it is rare and temporary. All product ordering pages have a live product status
indicator. If the indicator says Back Ordered that particular item is
currently on backorder.
If any item in your order is backordered your entire order will be held
until we can ship the entire order. All orders with currently
backordered items in them are usually filled and shipped within 3-4
business days. You will receive an email confirmation the day your
entire order is shipped.
Return Policy:
Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect,
practice, and emphasize in our business.
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 5 days
for a full refund. This means returning unopened or unused items. Unless
the return is due to an error made by Crawfish Town USA®, we cannot
refund Shipping Charges. Due to our quality assurance shipping
procedures, we guarantee that all items shipped are in good quality
condition. Crawfish Town USA® will not accept returns or exchanges on
any items that have been opened or where the tamper evident seal has
been broken. A 15 % Restocking Fee will accessed on all returned orders

PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for the return shipping costs if
you are asking for a refund and are returning unopened or unused
product. A 15 % Restocking Fee will accessed on all returned orders

Crawfish Town USA® for the wrong item shipped to you. Allow 15 days from
the time you return your package for a full refund to your credit card

Damaged or Unusable Items:
Crawfish Town USA® takes every extra precaution in packaging your
purchase to ensure it arrives undamaged. All jars and glass items are
wrapped in air-bubble or foam cushioning followed by the use of
anti-static, polystyrene peanut shaped loose fill to eliminate movement
of contents during shipment. In the event that you receive damaged
product, please contact us via email, by telephone or

no charge pending a claim with the the common carrier. If you should
have a package that contents are damaged you must call the original

replacement. Please retain all packaging material for our freight
